  This is our first year with the Dripping Springs Christian Academy and so far we love it. Our daughter is advanced in her studies and DSCA allows her to move at her accelerated pace and challenge her where she is, rather than a "one size fits all" curriculum. They offer an a-la-carte class options, which is ideal for our community that has a large amount of homeschooling families - they can supplement their learning one class at a time or more. The school recognizes the parent's authority on their child and works in partnership for the best education for the children, while keeping in mind that they are, as their logo says, training ambassadors for God's calling in their lives. My daughter is learning 1 or more bible verses (and really involved, longer and deeper verses) per week, as well as having the curriculum immersed in a biblical perspective. Her teacher and I are able to communicate daily if needed, and the class sizes are smaller, which my child (and we) love. Several grades are together in classes so my Kindergartener is able to talk with and hangout with older kiddos and have an example to look to, and with the high quality they are have, I know that is a good example. I have been thrilled with the education, professionalism, the teachers' knowledge and the Head of School at DSCA and would love to continue my child, and my younger daughter, there in the future.

  I had a fantastic time! I'm not sure what the one star review is all about, but I have never had a bad experience with Discover. I've taken multiple tours across the hill country, and love it. A driver by the name of Michael even plays his guitar at the winery without any monetary expectation. Everything is on par with luxury. Timely, efficient, and comfortable.

  I recently had my seventh house closing in the Austin area, and this time we had to go with Gracy Title. Never have I seen such completely unprofessional behavior and an absolute lack of competency from any title company that I have worked with in the past. As a matter of fact, I have never given much thought to the particular title company we've used as I've never had any problems in the past 6 closings (all with different title companies). Gracy, however, has set the bar high on how NOT to do a closing. From the outset their demeanor was unprofessional. They would wait until the absolute last day to demand documentation from us, and when this was pointed out to them, they made excuses as to why they were behaving this way. When trying to discuss when would be a workable time for my wife and I to come and sign our papers, I received a VERY unprofessional response, chiding me for bothering them when they were already so 'busy with other closings' that day. The next issue arose when we finally received the HUD, which had the wrong amount on it for the sell price. They apparently had missed this incredibly important detail in the contract that they had in their possession. This SIMPLE issue then took THREE days to get resolved! Seriously! Now fast forward over a month after the closing and we find out that they screwed up the home warranty and put it in our name (we're the SELLERS!). I am absolutely baffled by the sheer incompetence of this group of people! The impression I get from them is that they really don't close on that many homes, so they really don't know what they're doing. Bottom line, if you can pick ANY other title company in the greater Austin area, DO SO! These people need to find new careers.

  Bonnie, Mike and Ted are the best Real Estate team in Dripping, and possibly in the world! Our property sold quickly, at pretty much exactly the price they predicted, and they helped out with so much other stuff, communicated well and worked hard for us. If you're buying or selling in Dripping don't use anyone else.
